The Tennessee QSO Party is an annual amateur radio event on the first Sunday in September. All amateur radio operators in the great state of Tennessee are encouraged to participate as antennas around the world rotate and point to the volunteer state.
Mark your calendars for the annual Storytelling Festival. We are planning to have a public awareness booth and activate W4BSF for the event.
For 2026 the course is back to counter clockwise! Get ready for some rewarding hours!
Amateur radio operators comprise a large percentage of the Skywarn™ volunteers across the country. The Amateur radio operators also provide vital communication between the NWS and emergency management if normal communications become inoperative.
Amateurs worldwide will exchange QSO information with as many stations as possible on the 10 meter band.
